CLINICAL PHARMACIST NEEDED TO START ASAP IN BLACKPOOL FOR LONG TERM CONTRACT

• Location: Blackpool
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
• Pay Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Contract Length: Minimum 3 months
• Start Date: ASAP

Trident Healthcare is urgently seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a long-term locum contract at a leading acute NHS Trust in Blackpool.

This is a ward-based role covering a range of specialties including:

• General Medicine
• General Surgery
• Orthopaedics

You will be responsible for:

• Medicines reconciliation
• Reviewing inpatients and making clinical interventions
• Processing discharges
• Working within an electronic prescribing environment

Please note: This is an onsite-only position and requires prior experience working in an acute hospital setting.

• GPhC-registered Clinical Pharmacist
• Previous experience in an acute hospital environment
• Confident in ward-based clinical pharmacy duties
• Familiarity with electronic prescribing systems
