We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our expanding team onsite in High Wycombe (HP12 postcode).

Job Type: Full-Time | Locum Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday | up to 34hrs per week
Location: High Wycombe (HP12) | Onsite
Pay: Dependent on experience

What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber), you’ll work directly with GP practices and PCNs to:

• Optimise medication use and outcomes in long-term conditions (asthma, hypertension, diabetes)
  
  
• Conduct structured medication reviews and manage repeat prescriptions
  
  
• Provide expert advice on acute requests, discharge summaries, and clinical letters
  
  
• Support QOF and IIF performance
  
  
• Empower patients through education and guidance
  
  

Essential Criteria:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification
  
  
• Clinical experience managing asthma, hypertension or diabetes
