Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
Location: Cardiff, Wales - NHS Hospital
Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (30-minute lunch)

Rate of Pay: £30 - £45 per hour (via Umbrella)

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care within an acute hospital setting. In this role, you will:

? Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
? Provide ward-based clinical pharmacy support for surgical & medical wards
? Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
? Maintain accurate patient records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid GPhC registration
? Prior hospital ward experience and confidence in ward-based working
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
