Position: Clinical Pharmacist (Locum)
Location: Salisbury
Pay Rate: £35.00 per hour
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months
Start Date: ASAP - 08:30am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday

Job Description:

Trident Healtchare are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a locum contract based in Salisbury. The successful candidate will have ward-based experience and be responsible for:

• Clinically screening prescriptions
• Completing medicines reconciliation
• Managing medication orders
• Processing discharges

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 - 17:00

Requirements:

• MUST have hospital experience
• Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
