• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

• Location: West Northamptonshire

• Duration: Ongoing Locum Role

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-37.5 hours per week

• Start Date: ASAP

• Rate of Pay: £28 - £33 per hour

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in enhancing patient care within a GP Surgery setting. In this role, you will:

• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe prescribing practices

• Support patients with effective medication management

• Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to provide expert clinical guidance

• Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and best prescribing practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid GPhC registration

• Completion of the CPPE pathway

• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, offering 30-37.5 hours per week, with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
