Are you a Wards Based Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Lincoln? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Job Details:

• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist 

• Location: Private Hospital, Lincoln

• Pay Rate: £27 - £37 per hour (paid via umbrella)

• Contract: Full-time, Monday - Friday (5 days per week)

• Start Date: April 2025

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our client's team as a Wards Based Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient outcomes. In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.

• Review patient prescriptions and medical records, providing advice on the correct use of drugs.

• Monitor patient medication regimens and provide consultations to healthcare teams.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for patients.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient safety.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must have hospital pharmacy experience.

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

• Excellent communication and team-working skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy settings, ideally in a wards-based role.
  
  

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday position.

• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute break.

• Strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
