Join a thriving GP surgery as a Clinical Pharmacist and support the management of long-term conditions and patient safety across multiple Primary Care Networks. You’ll play an essential role in:

• Conducting structured medication reviews

• Running long-term condition clinics

• Providing enhanced clinical supervision across PCNs

• Offering expert prescribing support and patient-focused interventions

• Collaborating with GPs and the wider MDT to optimise medicines use

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

• Experience in primary care, ideally in a GP surgery setting

• Proven expertise in structured medication reviews & long-term condition management

• Independent prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential)

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

This is a full-time, ongoing locum position working Monday to Friday. There is strong potential for long-term extension based on service demand.
