Join our client's high-performing team as a Clinical Pharmacist and make a direct impact on patient outcomes within a supportive and forward-thinking hospital environment. In this ward-based role focused on orthopaedic care, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive medication reviews
• Develop and manage personalised treatment plans
• Provide expert clinical input to enhance patient recovery
• Collaborate daily with a skilled multidisciplinary team
• Keep meticulous, up-to-date records in line with hospital standards

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A valid GPhC registration
• Experience working on hospital wards (orthopaedics or general inpatients ideal)
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider clinical team
• A passion for delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, offering excellent work-life balance and flexibility. The contract is ongoing, with the strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
