Cloud Engineer

Cloud engineer - HYBRID

We are working with one of our biggest customers who are a global financial services company.  The role will be of a hybrid nature where you will need to have the ability to travel to the client's Guidlford and/or Bournemouth office when required.

Required Skills

• Terraform
• Familiarity with the configuration of Azure data services (e.g. storage accounts, databricks, Azure Machine Learning)
• Familiarity with the configuration of application related services (e.g. Kubernetes service, web apps, functions)
• EntraID / permissions
• Ability to work effectively with all people involved in the project from the business stakeholders (the DS team) to architects, network engineer etc.
• Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, using all resources available (e.g. internal docs, MS tickets etc.) and feedback solutions / recommendations to stakeholders.

Some knowledge of troubleshooting network issues would be beneficial. The client have a complex setup filled with private endpoints.
