CNC Production Operative

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a temp to perm basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to cut materials. The role is based on-site, working standard day hours within a friendly and supportive team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery with precision and accuracy.
• Interpret technical drawings or specifications for programming requirements.
• Carry out machine setup, maintenance checks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Support general production tasks as required.

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

• Previous CNC Machine experience essential.
• Some programming knowledge is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with milling CNC systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Benefits:

• Pay rate: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week).
