Pay - £14.72-£15.51ph + night shift allowance £10 per night
working hours - Sunday - Thursday 9pm to 6am

Job Description:
CNC Night Shift Team Leader to support the Site Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager in the running of a busy manufacturing site. You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a smooth workflow through shop floor
* New starter inductions
* Ensuring Quality training is delivered to team members
* Ensuring the Company's Health & Safety Policies & Systems are adhered too.
* Ensure quality standards are Maintained.
* Assisting Assistant Operations Manager to ensure key KPI's are met
* HR support to all direct reports
* Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
* Assisting Assistant Operations Manager to ensure Health & Safety rules and policies are maintained.
* Ensuring Day to day machine maintenance is adhered to and play an active role working with the maintenance department to ensure machines stay in good working order
* Assist with monthly stock taking process.
* Answering internal/external phone calls & emails as and when required
* Ensure CNC efficiencies are maintained and improved.

Skills Required

* CNC experience essential
* An excellent communicator, both verbally and written

* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
