CNC Machinist

Rate: £22 per hour

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Hours: Twilight (4pm – 12 midnight)

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Contract, 3 months

Syntech Recruitment are partnered with a large Aerospace supplier, we are looking for a CNC Machinist (Setting and Operating) to work on Fanuc controlled CNC Lathes.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC Lathe’s
• Working to tolerances +/- 001
• Producing small to medium batch parts
• Carry out self inspection work

CNC Machinist Requirement:

• Experienced CNC Turner (ideally used to machining parts for the Aerospace sector)
• Previous experience of machining various metal including Stainless, Inconel and Aluminium
• Must be able to set and operate a CNC Lathe (no programming involved)
• Experienced with tool changes and speeds and feeds
