Immediate start - In-house paralegal role - 3 month contract - Based in the West Midlands

** must have some company secretary/statutory books experience**

Supporting the legal team with a national, privately owned business in the health sector with a project to bring statutory books up to date and update records using the Diligent software. (well know tool across law firms)

West Midlands office FT, on-site given nature of the work and physically updating records
