Collections Specialist / Credit Controller

Global technologies leader is looking for an experienced Collections Specialist / Credit Controller to join their team based in Derby.

You will contribute towards managing cash collection process, maintaining customer relationships, resolving disputes, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping to support the business's financial health.

You will have the following skills & experience:

• Credit management experience
• Cash collections experience
• Proven ERP Accounts Receivable system experience
• Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication, teamwork, numerical skills
• Good level if IT Literacy - Excel (formulas/ link worksheets, etc)
• A process driven mindset

Experience in any of the following is a benefit:

• Global collections
• Finance related qualification - AAT / CIMA
• Business Warehouse
• ServiceNow

This is a 12-month contract, hybrid (3 days onsite) in Derby. Competitive day rate on offer.
