We are recruiting for a busy college in the Sidcup area who are looking for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team and contribute to the well-being and academic success of their students. The college are committed to providing a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. The ideal candidate should have some experience working in a school and they will provide classroom support to teachers, assist with student learning and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.

Key Requirements as a Teaching Assistant:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
• Promote a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime and school activities.

Pay: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
