• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all queries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and analyse account reports to identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
• Resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and opportunities within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for new and existing clients.
• Provide post-sale support and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile

A successful Commercial Account Executive should have:
