SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst for a large multi-site organisation based in Sheffield reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the purpose of this role is to improve commerciality and financial understanding and to ensure accountability for budgetary control. This is a fantastic time to join our client, having witnessed lots of growth through acquisition and organic growth which has resulted in a restructure and the requirement to recruit this new position.

The role offers Hybrid and Flexible Working.

Key responsibilities include:

- Interpretation and validation of the monthly results delivering results on financial performance and KPIs.
- To provide valuable analysis to influence the decision-making process and support in the delivery of strategic initiatives.
- To identify areas of concern, emerging trends and opportunities and to present this information in a logical and compelling way.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget ensuring accurate inputs
- Provide insightful reporting where required to the wider business
- Provides analytical support including but not limited to profitability analysis, business review presentations and other sales or marketing analysis requests
- Works independently and cross functionally to provide detailed, accurate and timely reporting

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent) with excellent analytical and business partnering skills This is an exciting time to be joining this organisation into a new role and team, where you can make the role your own.
