Description

The Commercial & Financial Operations Analyst will:

• Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports to aid business decision-making.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Support with warehouse stock reports
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support month end closure.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and reporting tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.

Profile

A successful Commercial & Financial Operations Analyst should have:

• Immediate or short notice to start this month.
• A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or qualified AAT
• Experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Excellent excel skills for reporting (vlook up, pivots etc;)
• Proficiency in financial modelling (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities to present financial data effectively to stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
