About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Commercial & Social Media Lead to take the reins on an exciting summer project. This hands-on role involves overseeing the operations of a seasonal pop-up store in Mallorca, leading engaging social media content, and managing eCommerce fulfilment - all within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Mallorca pop-up retail store (both remotely and in-person).
• Plan, create, and schedule compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage customer support and fulfilment operations for the online store (including Amazon).
• Monitor campaign performance, track engagement, and support wider seasonal marketing activity.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail operations, project coordination, or brand campaign delivery.
• Confident content creator with a sharp eye for detail and digital trends.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Experience with Amazon/eCommerce fulfilment or direct-to-consumer platforms is a plus.
• Willing and able to travel to Mallorca (Spanish language skills are a bonus!).
