Interim Commercial Finance Analyst
£250 - £300 per day

Are you a commercially astute Finance Analyst with excellent Excel skills and prior experience working in a consumer goods or product-based business?

The Role:

The Commercial Analyst will support the business in delivering world class financial planning and analysis. You will ensure that the business is compliant with Group reporting requirements, as well as providing a variety of management reporting to enable effective decision making, all within a financial analysis capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete pricing reconciliations across different systems and ensure accurate pricing ahead of forecasts and budgets
• Support the Deals team to help them understand and manage their customer trade spend in accordance with budget/forecast
• Management of month end accruals for all trade spend
• Production of Trade Spend dashboards
• Support invoice queries on Trade Spend and work closely with accounting on document clearing
• Maintain, update and take ownership for the pricing submission template

The Ideal Candidate:

• A driven and results orientated Finance Analyst with a desire to achieve
• Excellent Excel skills, with comfort in managing large data sets
• Previous experience in a Consumer Goods or product based business
• Month end experience in a financial analysis role with the ability to hit the ground running
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
