We at Broster Buchanan are currently working with a global content creation and production business to find a talented Commercial Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad, commercially focused role where you'll support key business decisions through insightful financial reporting and analysis.

You’ll be working closely with leadership and client-facing teams to deliver accurate financial insights, ensure smooth financial operations, and help drive revenue and profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Management Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and maintain regular financial reporting for business leadership
• Forecast and monitor revenue, project performance, and client profitability
• Track staff utilisation and capacity to support planning and resourcing
• Provide performance commentary and variance analysis vs forecast

Commercial Finance Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders
• Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Provide commercial insight for pricing strategies and client proposals

Client Finance Operations

• Assist with onboarding clients and suppliers
• Oversee invoicing, WIP, and revenue recognition processes
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
• Be a point of contact for resolving finance-related queries

Group Reporting & Compliance

• Support with month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting cycles
• Deliver variance analysis and commentary on KPIs
• Collaborate with the Division Financial Controller and central finance teams
• Support audit processes and assist with compliance as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset – able to interpret numbers into meaningful insight
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and keen to drive improvements
