Commercial Pricing Manager - Bids

Butler Rose is working with a large FTSE250 organisation in their search for a Commercial Pricing Manager to join our Immigration & Justice Business Development team. This is a contract role till 17th October 2025 and will pay up to £420 day rate via Umbrella. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days/week in office based on business needs)

This is a key role supporting a busy period, where you will take commercial and financial responsibility for allocated tenders. You'll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic pricing decisions, financial modelling, and bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead pricing strategies for tenders aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with Bid Directors to shape commercially competitive bid submissions
Own or oversee the completion of pricing models and client pricing return documents
Conduct financial analysis including P&Ls, cashflows, and sensitivity modelling
Ensure all commercial aspects of bids meet internal governance and compliance standards
Liaise with Legal, Procurement, and other Group Functions to minimise risk and ensure accurate submissions
Produce 'Bid to Budget' handover documentation for operational implementation

Ideal Candidate:
Numerically astute with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with ambiguity and complex data sets
Confident communicator, able to present technical information clearly to senior stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills
Inquisitive, proactive, and solutions-focused
Accounting qualification and/or experience in the Immigration & Justice or Facilities Management sectors are desirable
