Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in the North West of England for an initial period of 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension.

The successful candidate will be available to attend the office on a hybrid basis, whilst both full and part-time applicants will be considered.  

Candidates should possess a strong background in commercial property law, with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience. A proven track record in handling complex transactions and delivering high-quality client service is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing their workload efficiently, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.

Hourly rate: £40.00 - 50.00 per hour(outside IR35)
