Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst

Sterling Williams are working alongside an international bank who are seeking a Commercial real estate Credit Analyst to join the team.

Job Purpose:
• To prepare the credit paper for all commercial real estate transactions for submission to the Credit team
• Complete annual reviews for CRE transactions and relationships.
• Manage the completion process with internal and external stakeholders
Organisation: (Business Development)

Main Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyse required information to prepare credit paper for all commercial real estate
transactions for submission to the Credit team.
• Complete annual review of these CRE transactions and relationships.
• Resolve any queries from the Credit team in regards to these submissions.
• Manage the completion process with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the bank’s exposures within approved limits.
• Work with the BDM Commercial Real Estate to identify new business opportunities in line with the
approved risk appetite, risk profile of the Bank’s strategy and to market the Bank’s services
appropriately.
• Achieve budgets set.
• Ensure that all information, including the Bank’s, is handled and managed in a strictly confidential
manner.

Experience & Skills required:
• At least 5 years experience as a credit analyst including at least 3 years in commercial real estate
and development finance.
• Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written English.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
