Commis Chef / Chef de Partie Day & Night Shifts available

Berry Recruitment are seeking a Commis Chef / Chef de Partie for our client based near Luton. This is a full-time role (with an opportunity to go permanent), working 40 hours per week on a 5 days out of 7 rota, with shifts falling between Monday and Sunday. Day shifts and Night Shifts are available.

• Day Rate: £12.75 per hour
• Night Rate: £16.25 per hour (paid between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM)
• Shift:DAYS - 6:30AM - 3:00PM, NIGHTS - 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (first and last hour paid at day rate)
• Days Off: 2 days off on a rota

• Preparing and cooking a range of fresh meals to a high standard in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and adhering to food hygiene safety protocols
• Serving meals to customers
• Taking card payments

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking (ideally at Commis Chef / Chef de Partie level)
• Customer service experience, including serving food
• Flexibility to work day shifts or night shifts
