Communications Partner Internal

North West England, Greater Manchester, Manchester

Contract, expected to work full-time hours. Initial 3 month contract

£400 - £450 per day, via an Umbrella organisation.

The Communications Partner will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies to engage employees across all levels of the organisation. This includes creating and delivering communication plans, managing internal channels such as newsletters and intranet, and ensuring consistent messaging to promote a positive internal culture.

• Demonstrable experience in internal communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to drive campgains and engage with a dispersed workforce

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with communication tools and platforms
• Understanding of employee engagement strategies
• Analytical mindset to measure communication effectiveness

Hybrid working, 3 days office based, 2 days working from home.
