• Rate of Pay:£26 per hour

As a CAMHS Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting young people with their mental health challenges. Each day is dynamic, requiring both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with young people and their families – Conduct assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Community-based support – Visit patients in their homes, schools, or community settings to ensure they receive the right care in familiar environments.
• Crisis management & risk assessments – Identify early signs of deterioration and intervene appropriately, ensuring safety and stability.
• Multi-disciplinary collaboration – Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and schools to create a holistic support network.
• Medication administration & monitoring – Ensure adherence to prescribed treatments while evaluating progress and side effects.
• Empowering young people – Offer coping strategies, guidance, and emotional support to help them navigate their mental health journey.
