Job Description - Community Health and Wellbeing Operations Manager

Job Purpose
The Interim Community, Health & Wellbeing Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operational delivery, improvement, and transformation of the Community Health and Wellbeing service. This includes overseeing the operations of six Centres for the Community, ensuring services are safe, efficient, compassionate, and customer\-focused, particularly for vulnerable and elderly residents.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
Review, redesign, and improve operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and customer\-centered delivery across all centres.
Ensure alignment with corporate procedures, relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
Oversee day\-to\-day functions of the six Centres for the Community, ensuring safe, legal, and welcoming environments.
Support the transition and implementation of the Connected Communities model, including collaboration with voluntary sector partners and community groups.
Essential Experience Required
Operational leadership and management experience in customer\-facing, fast\-moving frontline services.
Proven experience delivering business improvements with measurable results.
Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and volunteers.
Essential Qualifications Required
Degree, management qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Additional Information to Note
Working hours: 36 hours per week
Location: High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD, United Kingdom
Work pattern: Some weeks it will be 4\-5 days on\-site, others 3 days in office, 2 at home
