Job Description - Community Occupational Therapist - Older Adults Mental Health

Join us as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist specialising in Older Adults Mental Health Community in Hounslow, earning £27 per hour, with an ASAP start and the opportunity to work full-time or part-time on an ongoing basis. What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to support patient well-being.
- Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes that aim to keep patients in their homes and reduce the need for more intensive care options.
- Establish a holistic framework of care that reflects the service user's needs and aligns with clinical governance standards.
- Prescribe adaptive equipment and provide education to ensure patients use these safely and effectively.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to be registered with the HCPC and have at least 2 years of experience in the field. While not essential, being a car driver is preferable due to the community-based nature of the work.
