What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Community Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults living in the community. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in home and community settings
• Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise independence and function
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Community-based occupational therapy experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Access to a car for community visits is essential
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility for part-time hours. The contract is ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
