Are you a Band 6 Community Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Letchworth? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

• Job Title: Community Pharmacist (Band 6)

• Location: Letchworth

• Duration: Ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 (30-minute break)

• Start Date: July / August

• End Date: Ongoing

• Rate of Pay: £24-30 per hour (Locum), £50,000 per annum (Permanent option available)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Community Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of local patients within a high-street community setting. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments

• create and implement personalised care plans

• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration

• experience working in the community pharmacy sector

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance and service needs.
