What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, you'll work with patients in their homes and community settings, helping them regain independence and function. This role involves:

• conducting holistic physiotherapy assessments in the community
• delivering tailored rehabilitation programs
• supporting safe discharge from hospitals into the community
• collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and occupational therapists
• educating patients and carers on mobility and self-management

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• prior community rehab experience
• full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
• excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• confidence working independently and within a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), but part-time applicants are also welcome. The position is ongoing, with strong potential for extension depending on service needs and performance.
