Your Role:

* Deliver high-quality, patient-center care in a home setting
* Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other essential treatments
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients
* Monitor patient progress and provide updates to healthcare professionals
* Support families and carers with guidance and education

Requirements:

* NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN)
* Experience in community nursing, A&E, or acute care preferred
* Strong clinical skills, including IV administration and wound care
* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable)
