Working Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (fully on site between multiple locations in West London)

Pay rate: £19.23 per hour

Location: West London

The Role:

As a Community Support Officer, you will be the face of our client's organisation, working closely with tenants to help them sustain independent living and integrate into the community. Your proactive approach will make a significant impact in their lives!

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key worker, providing advice and support to help tenants maintain their independence and tenancy.
• Develop and regularly review personalised support plans.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, their families, and the wider community.
• Collaborate with mental health, substance abuse, and other support agencies to provide comprehensive assistance.
• Facilitate tenant participation in community initiatives and support activities.
• Address maintenance issues and encourage tenants to participate in community matters.
• Work effectively within a team to deliver high-quality services.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults, particularly in housing or social services.
• Knowledge of the challenges faced by the ex-service community.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• A passion for empowering individuals and promoting independence
