We're hiring for a Compensation Analyst to support a high-performing EMEA HR team in a global organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who’s data-savvy, detail-focused, and confident handling compensation programs across multiple countries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Analysing and administering compensation programs across the EMEA region.
Supporting salary reviews, job evaluations, and market pricing.
Coordinating compensation surveys and preparing data insights.
Working closely with the Regional Director to deliver key reporting and presentations.
Navigating Workday or similar HRIS tools, and bringing confidence in Excel (lookups, cross-referencing, etc.)
What You’ll Bring:
2-3 years' HR or compensation experience in a medium/large org
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
Experience across EMEA compensation (benefits exposure a bonus!)
Fluency in another European language = big plus.
Confident working 5 days onsite initially, shifting to hybrid (2-3 days)
