Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively? Our client is seeking a dedicated Complaints Handler to join their team temporarily. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our customer satisfaction, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring all concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly.
• Investigate complaints thoroughly, gathering relevant information and liaising with internal teams as needed.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued throughout the process.
• Maintain detailed records of complaints, actions taken, and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement effective solutions and enhance customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while providing feedback to management on potential improvements.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in a customer service or complaints handling role is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
