We are recruiting for a global Insurance company leader, for a Complex A&H (Personal Accident) Claims Adjuster to join their Croydon based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll be handling and investigating a portfolio of complex Personal Accident claims, interpreting policy wordings with precision, and ensuring fair and customer-focused outcomes — all while working within a supportive, collaborative office environment.

What my client are looking for:

• Previous Accident & Health or Personal Accident or Travel or Injury claims experience
• Strong understanding of policy language and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage time, multi-task, and spot fraudulent activity
