• UK experience working with SEN children or adults
• Willingness to provide personal care where required
• Background in Early Years education warmly welcomed
• Enthusiastic, patient and reliable individuals with a strong commitment to inclusion

Your Role Will Involve

• Supporting learners with complex needs across a range of ages and abilities
• Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff to create an inclusive environment
• Providing tailored support for individual pupils in and out of the classroom
• Assisting with personal care routines with dignity and respect
• Encouraging independence and confidence through creative and nurturing approaches
