Compliance Analyst- Insurance

We are currently hiring for a compliance analyst to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6 month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite

• The Compliance Analyst will effectively contribute to putting in place, and the delivery of, an effective compliance monitoring program (included within the Compliance Plan).
• Assisting in the oversight of compliance processes to ensure appropriate advice in relation to regulatory matters is provided to the business in an effective and efficient manner.
• Assisting in the oversight of due diligence for a variety of new business opportunities and verify a range of controls across existing operations.
• Assisting on the oversight of Compliance Function's responsibilities in relation to the Conduct Risk framework and associated policies and procedures.
• Supporting the Head of Compliance in managing the regulatory relationship with the key regulators including the PRA, FCA and Lloyd's (and relevant overseas regulators).
• Supporting the Head of Compliance in maintaining the Conduct Risk Framework

Skills and Experience

• Some awareness of the regulators' requirements and preferences based on demonstrable experience in Compliance
• Excellent understanding of the general insurance industry and ideally the Lloyd's market
