 We're Hiring: Senior Compliance Business Partner (12-Month FTC) 

 Location: Kent or West Midlands

£65,000-£75,000 with a generous benefits package

 Are you a compliance expert looking for a leadership role in a dynamic financial services environment?

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our Compliance team. This is a key leadership role where you'll provide expert regulatory guidance, support business innovation, and promote a strong compliance culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Acting as a trusted advisor on regulatory compliance, conduct risk, and regulatory change.

? Partnering with key stakeholders to embed compliance into business initiatives.

? Leading and mentoring compliance professionals to support their growth and performance.

? Providing technical regulatory interpretation, particularly on FCA requirements.

? Representing the Compliance function in strategic projects and regulatory discussions.

What We're Looking For:

 Extensive experience in retail banking and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

 7+ years in a compliance or conduct risk role within financial services.

 Strong regulatory knowledge, including the FCA Handbook (MCOB, BCOBS, SYSC, PRIN, COCON) and Consumer Duty.

 Leadership experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage a team.
