My client are a growing Alternative Investment Management firm with their London office being based in Mayfair

Description

• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide guidance and support to teams regarding compliance matters.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of compliance processes and controls.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
• Identify and assess compliance risks, implementing measures to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance-related issues.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compliance activities.

Profile

A successful Compliance Officer 12 month FTC - Alternative Investments should have:

• A strong understanding of risk and compliance within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and policy implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and compliance tools.
