• Supporting the Director in managing daily supply cover needs for schools

• Ensuring full compliance of all candidates in line with safeguarding regulations

• Handling a range of administrative and organisational tasks

• Maintaining accurate records and using recruitment systems effectively

• Juggling multiple priorities while keeping calm under pressure

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• A keen interest in recruitment and education

• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
