Job Description - Compliance Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Compliance Surveyor on a temp to perm basis for a housing association based in Leicester. In return, you will receive mileage covered, hybrid working and the opportunity for the role to become permanent.

As the Compliance Surveyor, you will be:

Working as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance across the domestic properties
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all properties are 100% compliance in line with statutory and regulatory requirements
Identifying and raising works for the planned, reactive and compliance works and booking in the remedial works
Liaising with external contractors to ensure the budgets and contract requirements are met

Experience and qualifications:

Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance
Social housing or local authority experience
HND or similar professional qualification
Good communication and customer experience

£33-£35phr
3-month temp to perm
