Conduct Compliance Executive

An excellent opportunity for a Conduct Compliance Executive to join the compliance team of a leading retail financial services lender on a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in their Milton Keynes office.

As a Conduct Compliance Executive, you'll be responsible for managing regulatory and conduct compliance risks across the firm.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Providing regulatory and compliance advice throughout the firm

• Assessing regulatory breaches and incidents

• Reviewing and approving financial promotions

• Overseeing first-line defense controls in line with regulatory risk cycle

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews

• Managing reporting requests from the FCA as well as internal audits

You will need to have:

• Previous financial services compliance experience

• Working knowledge of the FCA's requirements and FCA principles, codes of practice and more

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to work well in a team and individually

• Strong analytical skills
