We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Conference Officer to join our team on a short-term contract. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a logistical mindset who can confidently manage operations, communications, and stakeholder coordination in the lead-up to and during a busy event period.

?? Responsibilities include:

• Managing logistics and stakeholder comms in the run-up to the conference
• Producing an 8-page, double-sided conference booklet (with graphic designer support)
• Coordinating sponsor materials, delegate packs, and bags
• Handling all on-the-ground logistics during conference week
• Ensuring everything runs smoothly under tight timelines and high expectations

?? Who we're looking for:

• A detail-driven organiser with strong logistical thinking
• Someone with excellent written communication skills
• A calm, hands-on problem solver who thrives under pressure
• Previous conference or large event experience is a plus!
