Our client is looking for a passionate Connections Reform Evidence Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Hourly Rate: £19.15 - £21.65 per hour
  • Contract Length: 3 months with potential to be extended
  • Working Pattern: Full Time
  • Location: Remote with one day per month in our Birmingham office

Key Responsibilities:

As a Connections Reform Evidence Officer, you will:

  • Review and verify evidence submitted for the connections reform project.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to conduct thorough checks on land rights and planning consent.
  • Address customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Collaborate with the reform team to escalate issues when evidence does not meet required standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout the process.

What We're Looking For:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Experience or knowledge in planning and lands is advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus!
