This is a temporary position for a Construction Lawyer to provide expert legal advice and support to the wider business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and manage legal matters effectively.

Description

The successful candidate for the Construction Lawyer position will involve the following tasks:

• Draft and review construction-related legal contracts and agreements.
• Managing EPC and FIDIC contracts
• Provide expert legal advice on construction projects across different countries and regions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage disputes and handle litigation processes when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Support the legal department in all construction-related matters.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders regarding legal best practices.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Construction Lawyer position should have:

• Experience of working in an International environment.

Job Offer

• This is an interim role for circa 6 months and can be fully remote.
• Offering a competitive day rate of £350-£450 per day DOE
