We are seeking a Construction Lecturer to deliver Level 3 courses, including T-levels, at a reputable educational institution. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in plumbing or electrical work, who possess substantial industry experience in building services and engineering for construction.

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures on Level 3 construction courses and T-levels.
• Utilise industry experience in building services and engineering to provide students with real-world insights.
• Assess student learning effectively and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding and skills.
• Prepare course materials and lesson plans that reflect the latest building regulations and installation techniques.
• Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve course content and teaching methods.

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Relevant Level 3 NVQ in construction.
• Substantial industry experience in construction, particularly in plumbing or electrical fields.
• Deep knowledge of technical aspects, practical experience in specific construction trades, and familiarity with systems installation techniques.
• Proficiency in the latest building regulations.
• Strong ability to assess student performance and provide effective feedback.
