Job Description - Contact Centre Manager - FTC

Job Title: FTC Contact Centre Manager
Location: BD17
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-Term
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Are you an experienced Contact Centre Manager with a passion for client communication and team leadership? We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our central team at our client.

About the Role
As the Client Communications Manager (Contact Centre Manager), you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, drive client retention, and ensure practice diaries are optimally filled. You'll play a key role in analysing performance data, making strategic recommendations, and ensuring seamless communication with our valued client base.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and inspire the contact centre team to meet and exceed targets.
* Monitor and adapt recall and inbound processes to maximise appointment bookings.
* Champion smart booking practices across all locations.
* Manage communication templates and ensure brand consistency across all client touch points.
* Support the integration of newly acquired practices into the communications process.
* Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to enhance client engagement.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior contact centre role.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
* A proactive, data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

There is on site parking, transport links arent great for this location so ideally you will have your own transport.
