Content & Positioning

Activities:

- Evaluate current marketing materials, content assets, and messaging frameworks.

- Assess positioning effectiveness in relation to target audiences and campaign objective

- Identify gaps and opportunities for content optimisation and refinement.

Deliverables:

- Outline of the effectiveness of existing content and messaging.

- Recommendations for content refinement and strategic positioning improvements.

- A short list of the most relevant materials for the campaign.

- A content roadmap with suggested updates, new assets, and messaging enhancements.

Integrated GTM Planning

Activities:

- Assess current GTM strategies and identify areas for improvement.

- Define engagement strategic framework aligning digital and event-based initiatives..

- Establish a roadmap for execution, including timelines, roles, and key milestones.

Deliverables:

- A comprehensive GTM strategy document outlining digital and event-based integration.

- Recommended engagement and activation tactics.

- Implementation roadmap with key milestones and success metrics.
